Following last month’s release of the Pharell produced track #TwerkIt , Busta Rhymes has enlisted fellow New Yorker Nicki Minaj for the remix. Rapping completely in patois, both artists remind you of their Caribbean heritage throughout the course of the track. Before shouting out Vybz Kartel, Beenie Man and Bounty Killer, Nicki makes her presence on the track known opening her verse with:
Dutty gyal!
When yuh see mi, ‘ere weh yuh fi do
BOW DOWN”
This may have been exactly what the track needed (though it was already great to begin with)
