People often say motivation doesn’t last. Well neither does bathing. That’s why we recommend it daily.

I and many others have come to the conclusion that morning workouts tend to result into a more productive day. This month let’s challenge ourselves to morning workout routines! Here’s this month’s challenge:

Monday – Friday

Stretch!

  • 15minute cardio(run, treadmill, stairs) 3x during the work week
  • 25-50 pushups daily Mon-Fri (5-7min)
  • 50-100 abs(any way you choose) daily Mon-Fri (5-7min)
  • 2 sets of 10 10lunges on each daily Mon-Fri (5-7min)
  • 3 sets of BURPEES for 2min 30sec with 30sec rest daily (7min 30sec) … Dont know what ‘burpees’ are? Watch and learn!

Est. workout time: 37.5min including cardio/22.5min excluding cardio

Stretch! Drink water! Eat a healthy snack or meal within 30min of your workout!

Saturday/Sunday

Find an inexpensive local yoga studio and participate in a class each weekend for the month of November. Your body and mind will thank you!

NO MEAT NOVEMBER!

I’m sure we’ve all heard of No Shave November. Here’s a challenge for the month that is bit more beneficial for your body and mental focus. The challenge is to not consume any meat from land animals. You’re pretty much a pescatarian for the month. If you’d like to go the extra mile, become a full-fledged vegetarian for the month. You are exempted from the challenge on Thanksgiving Day for obvious reasons!
