Will it be easy? NOPE Worth it? ABSOLUTELY.

It may be that time of year where the holiday food and drinks come in abundance along with the cold, lazy winter weather, but that fitness motivation must be maintained! Here’s your challenge for this month:

Since Beyonce and Jay-Z are doing it, participate in a 22-day vegan diet challenge! Lol JK … unless you really feel like challenging yourself for the holidays!

Seriously now…

Each day as you awake, drink a glass of water with a lemon, lime, or orange and a cup of green tea. Keep drinking water throughout the day. Keep cleansing your body of unwanted toxins!

Partake in a 15-30 minute run 3 days out of the week. Cardio kills the calories! 

Before bed, 3-4 times per week complete 100 abs, 50 push-ups, and 2 sets of 10 lunges(per leg).

During each shower, complete 10 body weight squats. Keep it tight!

Since food and drinks will be in abundance during the holidays, only drink soda with an alcoholic beverage and keep fried foods to once per week. Opt for not too sugary juice or water at all times when able to!

Homework: Write up a fitness/health New year’s resolution with your 2014 goals in mind!
