Muscles are torn in the gym, fed in the kitchen, and built in bed.

This month’s challenge:

Cardio & Core

Monday – Friday: 

  • 20-30 minute run 3x per week
  • 100 ab exercises of your choice every day of week

Saturday or Sunday:

  • Yoga (Most yoga sessions cost $10 per session. One per weekend for the month shouldn’t break the bank. Equivalent to the cost of two drinks during happy hour. You can afford two less drinks during the week for your physical and mental health.)

 

Health Challenge:

No Meat November is back! Try to rid yourself of all land animal for the month. Thanksgiving is obviously excluded. 

In addition, choose one day of the week for each week of November where you only consume water as a beverage.

During the week, attempt to get an average of 7-8 hours of sleep per night.
