Stop saying tomorrow!

Winter came in full force this year, which might have made it tough for most to get out and workout. I hope everyone stuck with their diets though! Now it’s time to get back on track because spring is right around the corner and we’re long overdue for warm days with less clothes. Here’s this month’s challenge:

15-30min run 3x a week (Monday, Wednesday, Sunday). Allow rest days and try to knock the runs out in the morning for a more productive and happy day. An active body stays in motion! Remember to stretch.

Tuesday & Thursday(divide between the morning and evenings):

100-200 abs

50-100push-ups

4 sets of 10 burpees

4 sets of high knees for 15seconds each

STRETCH!

Also, during after every shower continue to do 10 lunges per leg or 10 body squats! (This takes 30seconds so no excuses!)

Diet Challenge

A glass of water as you awake and go to sleep with any type of fresh citrus fruit in it. In addition, drink tons of water throughout the day.

Add spinach to at least 3 of your meals per week, preferably after a workout.

Substitute regular milk for soy milk.
